Introduction

This document contains the terms and conditions of the agreement using Breezyone (this App). Related information is also available on the website at (https://www.breezyone.app).

User Acceptance

By installing Breezyone and running it on your device (such as iPhone and iPad), you will be deemed to accept all the terms and conditions in the (1) User Agreement, (2) Privacy Terms, and (3) Legal Notes that come with this App, and that your use of Breezyone are bounded to these terms and conditions.

If you find these terms and conditions unacceptable, you may uninstall Breezyone to refrain from using this App. All the related information can then be removed from your device.

Access to Your Data

When Breezyone is first used, this App will base on the security safeguards of iOS and iPadOS to request your permission to access your photo library. To continue, you need to permit Breezyone the data access. Once your permission is granted, this App will be able to read the your photos and save the produced images to your device upon your further instructions.

You may change the access mode later, or completely revoke the permission at will.

Information Security and Protection

The developer of this App (the Developer) has adopted the suitable technology and operational security standards to protect you. It does not upload nor send your image data anywhere outside your device.

The Developer understands that what you are doing with this App is your own business, as such no log will be retained there.

Liability Disclaimer

Breezyone does not control or take responsibility for the content that you produce, nor for any loss or damage caused in using this App. The Developer do not warrant and cannot warrant that this App will operate without errors, nor that any part or all system services will be available and operational at all times.

You are solely responsible for your use and agree to use this App at your own risk.

This App requires connection with the Internet solely for the single purpose of advertising, for example to download sponsors’ messages for playback. Though Breezyone is free software itself, other service fees (e.g. cellular network, roaming network charges) may incur and vary between your different network service providers.

All content, including but not limited to the software, text, displays, images and the design, of Breezyone are copyrighted materials of the Developer. Modification, reproduction and/or distribution of this content without the Developer’s consent is prohibited.

Language

In all situations, the English language version of terms and conditions shall be the original, governing instrument and understanding between you and us. If there are differences in meaning between the English version and any translation of any terms and conditions thereof, the English version shall prevail.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The latest terms and conditions are available on the Breezyone website (https://www.breezyone.app) and distributed with the latest App version. You are expected to update this App and check regularly to understand the updates. Your continued use of Breezyone will be deemed to accept the changes.

If you find the updates unacceptable, you may uninstall this App. All information of Breezyone can then be removed from your device.
